I need to be registered to use SMS-Critical?

yes, you need. You have to choose one of the three available service versions before creating an account on line. Choose any product and register account.

Do I need to download the software application?

Absolutley not. The service is fully configurable on line as his functioning.

What's are the differences between the three types of services?

Every version has different levels of features such sms limit, number of pops, word parsing, emails.

The service has an expiry date?

The system needs an annual renewal or a charge at least in the last 360 days.

How can I pay the year package or charge the rechargeable profile?

Both packages can be paid online by a credit card or bank transfer or Paypal. After the payment has been executed, the service will be activated or recharged within 24 hours.

The service is available in all countries?

Yes, it's available all over the world but it needs the GSM coverage for the SMS receiving.

How to keep more SMS?

Every version has his number of SMS available, if you need more you have to recharge. The base package has made fo 100 SMS

Is it possible to change profile from one version to another?

Yes By using the special payment provided for the upgrade.

I need that more people could use the features of the system application but using my profile of service. How can I do?

SMS-Critical issue the first register to create an account as supervisor. With this account you can create additional accounts ruling their features.

Why are deleted email in my POP email?

Many systems such an UPS or a router in the event of failure, high temperatures or other alert can be set to send an email. If this email is sent to your account through our Control Pop we verify if there is in your email the right keyword (parsing).

What is the account monitoring tool?

Our system allows you to specify a service / server that you want to monitor and determine if they are available over time, so you can enter the IP or the publicly accessible host and port / service to be monitored (eg www.topdat. com: 25 checks that the smtp domain).

What happens if monitoring fails?

Yes it is. All the system accesses and operations are tracked in real time and available online in your private area. There are also tracked all the notifications sent by email and by SMS.

I need some particular browser to use the application?

All most famous internet browsers are compliance, but we suggest to use the lastest versions and to enable Javascript.

What we have security and content of our data?

All information managed by the application have been tested to be safe and as access to automated agents, hackers. Some of the data is still written in encrypted form in our database. In any case we recommend using email and utilities for receiving monitoring and control of business use. You should not give to third parties or persons not competent data access. And 'our care to protect themselves in time by any new types of intrusions.

What's about data securization and content protection?

All the informations managed by the application, have been tested to be safe from automated agents and hacking attacks. Some data is still written in encrypted form in our database. In any case we recommend you to use email address and utilities only to receive monitor alerting for a business use. We recommend you to give not to anyone no-skilled or unauthorized person the access data to our system, and avoid any non professional use of it.
